Having perfected his unique ability to translate complex
financial concepts into everyday language, Jason has successfully combined
his extensive financial background with a delivery style that is entertaining
and informative. Despite an epic struggle with mathematics in his formative
years, Jason became an accountant. Today he quips philosophically
"destiny has a perverse way of teaching us the lessons we need
to learn - accounting was one of them." Over the years, Jason
has developed a deep and intimate appreciation of "number phobia"
and can empathize with anyone who describes themself as "numbers
challenged."
Jason's hands-on, real world experience has been gained
from a variety of accounting and finance positions in the private and
public sector, including Budget Accountant, Financial Analyst, Accounting
Manager and Controller. He has worked in the Financial, Distribution,
Service, and Manufacturing industries during his career. Drawing on
his many years of practical industry experience, he now shares the valuable
insights he gained as a Chief Financial Officer with his participants.
Prior to forming OPG, Jason was Senior Manager of Business
Training at the Business Development Bank of Canada (formerly FBDB)
where he designed and delivered financial courses for self-employment
training programs.

Your Numbers Talk , now in it's third printing, has
