
Optimal Performance Group helps non-financial professionals
make more profitable business decisions by developing their financial
literacy skills. Since 1995, we have successfully designed and delivered
financial literacy programs to more than one thousand managers in Canada
and the United States. Participants routinely comment
about how enjoyable, enlightening and "pain free" our programs
are. Because we understand how intimidating numbers can be, we strive
to inject fun and humour into everything we do. Unlike athletes or musicians
who are born with a natural talent for what they do, most of us weren't
born with an aptitude for preparing budgets or interpreting financial
statements!
AT OPG the learning experience follows a two-step
approach. First, we build the confidence level of our participants and
get them yelling "Yes! I can do this." Then we transfer
relevant, hands-on financial literacy skills to them using Accelerated
Learning techniques that appeal to all learning styles. Participants
leave our programs feeling energized, ready to immediately apply the
